It’s not about punches or kicks. Instead, BJJ is all about what to do if a situation ends up on the ground—whether in a self-defense scenario or in a controlled sport setting. You’ll learn how to control your opponent’s movement, escape bad positions, and apply submissions like joint locks and chokes to end the encounter safely and effectively.
