Juniors

Our training is specifically designed for real world situations. It's perfect for those with experience, those without experience, those looking to improve their fitness/ overall health and those with family members who need practical training.

There are a few things in a kid’s life that build as much character as Martial Arts training. Now is the time to get your child the tools to move forward in life. Our Juniors program is engaging, fun, with a focus on personal and skill development. Try out a class for your child today!

Our Juniors are taught that the most important team is family, and are expected to help their team move forward. Your child will grow in more than self-defense, but also in personal skills, attitude, discipline, and respect for their elders.

For our juniors to earn an advancement in rank, they are expected to perform well both in training and at home. Nothing is given at Krav Maga Hampton Roads; everything your child can achieve will be earned!

WE TEACH OUR JUNIORS NOT ONLY THE SKILLS NEEDED TO BECOME A BLACK BELT IN TRAINING, BUT THE QUALITIES NECESSARY TO BECOME A BLACK BELT IN LIFE!

KRAV MAGA TIGERS

Our Krav Maga Tigers program is the perfect way to introduce the Martial Arts to your young child. Ages for this class are 4-6 years old. Training for the Tigers is held one time per week, so we do not overload them at such a young age. When they are ready for something more challenging they are welcome to try out for the older Juniors class! This class is a great way to build that foundation of discipline, hard work and respect for your child!

CLASS IS HELD WEDNESDAYS AT 5PM

WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD?

We offer two different Juniors classes based on ages:

  • KRAV MAGA JUNIORS: AGES 7-11

  • KRAV MAGA TIGERS: AGES 4-6
